Description of the project

Designed by Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) architects, the 200-meter-long footbridge works as a connector linking Dubai Mall (one of the biggest shopping malls in the world) to its newest expansion, to Doha Road and to the Financial Center Road.

Guardian SunGuard® SuperNeutral (SN) 50T coated solar control glass was chosen for the glazed areas of the façade. The glass has a beautiful, neutral blue appearance that helps make a natural transition from old to new, playing with the aesthetics of the building. The technology behind this coated glass helps contribute to maintaining a cool and comfortable temperature inside the building.
